Americans(Africom)Set To Make Uganda Their Main Military base in Africa.

There are reports in this weeks Africa intelligence  newspaper  stating that  the Americans( AFRICOM) have released a statement of intent on October 19th 2010 to set up a military camp in Uganda on permanent basis.
They are awaiting the current electioneering process to end before launching the mission officially next year.
