There is a story in this weeks east African newspaper SUGGESTING that all those Kenyans who were taken to Uganda by the Kenyan police on suspicion of the Kampala bombing were actually innocent.
The story is that the American FBI instigated the arrest of these Kenyans and the subsequent rendition to Uganda because there is no anti terror legislation in Kenya.
If that is the case then it seems there is some sort of abuse of the use of arrest powers by the Kenyans and worse still innocent people are being punished in a FOREIGN country for crimes they have allegedly committed but not proved.
